Dr. Karolina Varnay joined Foot & Ankle Associates in the summer of 2011.  She moved here from Denver, Colorado and is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of all foot and ankle conditions.  Dr. Varnay provides surgical and non surgical treatment on the forefoot reconstruction and arthroscopy.  She completed her schooling as a Doctor of Podiatric medicine in 2008.  Dr. Varnay completed her podiatry surgical residency training at Highlands Presbyterian St. Lukes in 2011. 

Dr. Varnay believes that serving her community is essential.  She has volunteered in a variety of activities ranging from athletic events such as the PF Changs Rock and Roll Marathon to Health Fairs, like the yearly Channel 9 News Health Fair in Denver, Colorado.  She hopes to be able to continue to participate and contribute her time and expertise to the community.

Dr. Varnay is pleased to move to the high desert of New Mexico which reminds her of her hometown Phoenix, Arizona.  She truly enjoys the diversity of the Southwest and its ever-present aesthetic beauty.  She is an avid hiker, runner, mountain climber and biker.
